South Shore Nassau City Lifestyle publishes its first issue in October 2026, bringing a community magazine to the South Shore of Nassau County on Long Island. Publishers Orly and Tyler Kelley lead the market from Island Park.
In their own words, the Kelleys did not set out to launch a magazine. They set out to raise their kids somewhere that felt like home, found it in Island Park by the beach, and fell for the community as they settled in: the local businesses, the neighbors and the events that make the South Shore what it is. South Shore Nassau City Lifestyle is their way of connecting all of that, the shore you know and the stories you don't.
The magazine will be mailed monthly to homes across the South Shore and will live online at citylifestyle.com/southshorenassau, with each digital issue, articles and a directory of local businesses. Between now and October, the Kelleys are meeting the business owners and neighbors who will fill the debut issue. Local businesses that want to be part of the launch can reach them through the market page.
South Shore Nassau is one of two City Lifestyle magazines launching in October 2026, alongside Perimeter North City Lifestyle in Georgia.
